Delivery, Setup & Collection 🚚

All inflatables are delivered, erected, secured and collected by our own drivers. We handle setup from start to finish so hosts can relax. 🔄

Safety & Practical Information ⚠️

• Drivers assess site conditions on arrival. If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, dog‑soiled lawn etc.), the driver may refuse setup for safety reasons.
• We require a minimum one metre clear entrance to access the property. We cannot carry units through houses or over high fences.
• The driver will not dismantle fixed garden equipment (swings, climbing frames) or move vehicles on the day.
• We advise on suitability in marginal weather. Once the decision to proceed is made, refunds are not available if weather limits use later in the day.

Booking & Terms

• A confirmation letter is sent when the booking is secured, with an agreed delivery time.
• Discounts available when booking two or more units together for the same event.
• Personal service guaranteed — we handle each booking with care and clear communication. 🤝
