The Service

We offer bouncy castles, ball ponds, slides, balloon typhoon, ranging from sizes for the smallest of gardens to the largest!

Most of our castles can be supplied with shower covers.

A personal service is guaranteed and our terms are as follows:

 A confirmation letter will be sent when the castle is booked and a convenient time agreed.

 All units are delivered, erected and collected by our own drivers.

 A one metre or more entrance should be available to the property as we can not take units though houses or over high fences.

 It is the discretion of the driver whether to leave the unit if he feels the conditions are inappropriate (i.e. heavy rain, dog soiled lawn)

 The driver also does not have time to dismantle garden equipment (swings, climbing frames etc) or move vehicles on the day.

 We will give you a choice and advise you if you should take the inflatable or not, but once the decision has been made we cannot give a refund if the weather does not permit use through the full day.

 Discounts on two or more units booked together and taken at the same time.

All our Castles are PIPA tested.
